magnerot CLASSIC N
magnerot CLASSIC N is a unique magnesium compound consisting of magnesium and orotic acid—a substance naturally produced by the body (magnesium orotate). Magnesium orotate is classified as an organic magnesium compound. Such compounds are generally better absorbed by the body than inorganic ones.
Dosage and administration:
To replenish magnesium stores, two magnesium tablets should be taken three times daily for one week (= 196.8 mg, 8.1 mmol, or 16.2 mval of magnesium). Subsequently, a daily dose of two to three tablets is recommended (= 98.4 mg, 4.05 mmol, or 8.1 mval of magnesium).
Magnesium therapy: magnerot CLASSIC N tablets should be taken with some liquid. There is no time limit on the duration of treatment.
