Vitamin B12 Injektopas (100x 1ml) injection solution. Vitamin B 12, also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin. The body needs it for the development of nerve cells, for protein and nucleic metabolism and for the absorption of folic acid into the red blood cells.
Vitamin B 12 is found in dairy products, whole grain products, fish & meat and eggs. Various illnesses, such as chronic inflammation of the intestines or years of taking certain stomach acid-inhibiting drugs, can lead to a deficiency of vitamin B 12.
